Sound Healing and Meditation Night

Every third Thursday of the month we will journey on the sacred sound waves into the realms of healing and transformation. Using the vibrations of the planetary gongs, tuning forks, drums, bells, Tibetan and crystal bowls, rattles and chimes we will find a place of deep rest and renewal with a different theme each month. The cost is 20$. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
