Gong Bath (Sound Meditation)

Welcome to the Gong Space. Fortnightly Gong Meditation sessions (Gong Baths) on Mondays at Purple Turtle Wellbeing in Brighton. Each session explores the perception of our inner and outer environments through observation, breathing, listening, feeling and sensing before being immersed in the vibrational field and sonic universe of the Gongs and related sound tools ( (singing bowls, chimes, bells, a rain stick, a frame drum, a Koshi, a croaking frog güiro, shakers and leaf rattles). The intention is to create a sacred space to connect with the sonic landscape of vibration, heart space and intuition, expand consciousness, and entrain to harmony. THINGS TO KNOW: *Sessions start 19:30 and last 75minutes. Doors open at 19:15 for registration, a cup of tea and to settle in. *What to bring: Each guest is provided with a yoga mat, a head rest, and an eye pillow, but please bring a cushion/pillow (or cushions/pillows) for extra comfort, and a blanket to keep warm because the body temperature may shift during the session. Please contact me if you would like me to bring a blanket for you. If you have a yoga mat, also bring it along. The more comfortable you are the more beneficial the session will be. *What to wear: Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
