Weekly Gong Bath in the Yurt

Once a week on alternating days: Monday; Tuesday; Wednesday; Thursday. (1.2 2017; 9.2; 13.2; 21.2 etc) The doors of the Yurt will open at 7.45pm. Gong bath begins at 8pm. The Mongolian yurt has space for six sound bathers lying down on futon beds, a unique, atmospheric and warm place – it is heated by a wood stove. You'll be bathed in the sounds of the gongs and Himalayan singing bowls. Afterwards you'll be grounded, 'brought back' with a soundscape created with rattles, flutes, rainsticks, chimes, ocean drums… After the gong bath you don't have to rush off, you can reflect and enjoy the unique space in peace… £13 – places are limited, pre-booking is essential.
